ADI Systems' activated sludge systems is a proven process control technology that can accommodate large flow streams with relatively limited space requirements. The ADI-MBR (Membrane Biological Reactor) waste water treatemnt process is an activated sludge system that uses a physical membrane for liquid-solids separation. The ADI-MBR system has a shorter hydraulic retention time (smaller footprint), but a longer solids retention time (better soluble COD removal), than conventional activated sludge systems. System monitoring is minimal, as the process operates automatically. ADI provides start-up, operator training, and follow-up.

The benefits of this energy-saving membrane activated sludge
technology are that it's compact, and has a small footprint to allow a
low sludge production and a prcess control that is simple to operate and maintain. Concentrated sludge is wasted directly from the aeration tank and reduces or eliminate disinfection superior effluent quality is obtained
as well as low effluent nutrient levels.

  • Benefits of ADI-MBR membrane activated sludge system:

  • Low fouling rate

  • Easily cleaned semi-annually

  • Resistant to delamination and tearing

  • Low operating and maintenance costs

  • Thousands of installations worldwide

  • Long membrane life
